By analyzing the requirements of improving the quality of waterproofing design and construction, this paper discusses the waterproofing construction technology which combines rigid waterproofing with flexible waterproofing, and discusses the methods and measures of this technology and quality control methods, so as to provide reference for the exchange of workers.
Generally speaking, rigid waterproofing refers to the use of rigid materials such as concrete or mortar for roof waterproofing construction, which has the disadvantages of self-importance, poor tensile and ductility. Flexible waterproofing refers to the waterproofing construction using flexible materials such as waterproofing membrane or asphalt felt. This kind of roof flooding layer is easy to aging, and has poor resistance to external wear or piercing damage and short service life. Therefore, if two kinds of waterproofing technology can be organically combined, learn from each other's strengths and make up for its weaknesses, and take technical measures to effectively avoid their shortcomings, we can give full play to the positive role of rigid waterproofing and flexible waterproofing, and achieve better roof waterproofing effect.
1. Improving the quality of roof waterproofing design
Roof is an important part of a building structure, is the main structure of the whole building to achieve effective waterproof, sunscreen, thermal insulation and heat preservation. Therefore, the construction quality of roof engineering is highly required, especially the quality of roof waterproof design and construction, which is also related to the comfort of residents and the length of construction time. Generally speaking, roof waterproofing design should meet the following requirements:
1.1 The roof should form a continuous and completely enclosed waterproof layer. Only in this way can we ensure that the building avoids the invasion of rainwater caused by external natural or human factors, and protect the internal structure of the building.
1.2 The waterproofing layer will not be damaged and cracked due to the cracking of the base and the movement of the joints. This means that concrete is often used in the construction of the main structure, and cracks or cracks often occur in the concrete structure. In waterproofing design, the influence of this should be taken into account, and preventive measures should be taken to ensure that the waterproofing layer is intact and non-destructive in use.
